Processing Time

Most custom orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is received and artwork has been approved (if applicable).

Please note:

• Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

• Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

• Rush order services may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, SweetpeasCre8tions Shop is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance locating your shipment, we're happy to help provide tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local Pickup (If Offered)

If local pickup is available, you will receive an email or message when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive until you have received confirmation that your order is complete.

Custom Products

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, shipping times begin after production is complete, not when the order is placed.

Production time and shipping time are separate.
